Inspections Are What We Do!

You deserve to know if there’s something wrong with your investment. Our multifamily residential inspection services are intended to inform you about electrical, mechanical, and structural issues of the property.

Our inspectors try to make your report easy to read and interpret so that you completely understand any defects found at time of inspection. As always, we are available to answer any questions that you may have during the process.

Our customers consider our home inspection reports very detailed and informative. Each inspection report is provided with a description of the deficiency followed by a picture that is taken during the inspection. Where applicable, we will even provide an example of the correct method or technique for proper installation.

Inspection reports are emailed to our customers in a PDF format after the inspection and payment is received. We strive to deliver the inspection report in a timely manner depending on number of units inspected. This is typically within 48 hours after the inspection.

What to Expect During a Multifamily Inspection

We believe in personal attention. That is why we encourage all property investors and/or managers to attend the last 30 minutes of the inspection, so you can ask questions while our inspector is on site. If you have questions about your report, we want to answer them until you are satisfied.

Count on our inspector to take quality pictures of the inside and outside of your multifamily property to contribute to a detailed and thorough report. The finished report is in full-color and is easy to navigate and understand for all readers. You will receive your inspection report within 24 hours, and in most cases the same day.

As an InterNACHI certified inspector, you can rest assure that our inspectors will be properly trained in identifying the defects with your property.

Give us a call (361) 878-5665 and tell us more about your multifamily. We'd love the opportunity to provide you with a custom quote on the property that you need inspected .
